The 4D PRO multilayer YUCERA zirconia is designed to accurately replicate the natural tooth structure, both aesthetically and mechanically.

Its advanced multilayer technology relies on a progressive and consistent gradation of physical properties, ensuring a perfectly natural transition between the different tooth zones. Translucency gradually decreases from the incisal to the cervical area (57% to 43%), while strength and hardness increase simultaneously (700 to 1200 MPa). This optimized distribution guarantees visual realism, optimal occlusal comfort, and maximum clinical durability.

With its 8 layers of continuous gradients, YUCERA 4D zirconia enables the creation of homogeneous and balanced restorations, without abrupt color shifts or mechanical inconsistencies, even on extensive cases.

Multilayer architecture

Enamel Layer (Incisal)
High translucency combined with moderate strength and hardness provides a natural enamel-like appearance while minimizing wear on opposing teeth during occlusion.

Intermediate Layer
Between the incisal and cervical zones, color, translucency, strength, and hardness gradually and continuously transition, ensuring a harmonious and aesthetically consistent result.

Cervical Layer
The increased hardness and strength in the cervical zone ensure long-lasting mechanical stability, minimizing the risk of chipping or cracking, while the lower translucency effectively masks underlying substrates.
